2 What is the time of packing and shipping??
We send parcels in the same or next business day after receipt of money in our account. All parcels we send Royal Mail first class stamps.

3 Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 10 days from dispatch of our package.

5 What if I want to exchange the goods for another product or size??
There is a possibility to exchange for any other product or any other size which one is in our offer after the prior payment of the price difference + 2 pounds for shipping costs

6 What if the size of which I would like replace is not available?
We offer you the opportunity to wait for required size until it returns to our offer (up to 21 buisness days)
